Condiments- Maple Syrup (need some, have some)
- Baking Powder (need some, have some)
- Baking Soda (need some, have some)
- Eggs (need 1, have 14)
- Flour (need some, have some)
- Sugar (need some, have some)
- Buttermilk (need some, have none)
- Chocolate Chips (need some, have none)
- Banana (need 1, have 4)
- Blueberries (need some, have none)
- Salt (need some, have some)
Recipe:
1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 tablespoon sugar 1 egg 1 cup buttermilk Chocolate chips or blueberries if desired 1. Combine dry ingredients. 2. Stir in egg and buttermilk. 3. Let stand a minute or two while griddle is heating. 4. Grease griddle with Crisco and turn on medium heat. 5. Add batter to griddle. 6. Turn pancakes after golden on bottom and bubbles appear on top.
