- Heavy Cream (need some, have none)
- Chicken Breast (need 2, have 5)
- Rice (White) (need some, have some)
- Garlic (Fresh) (need 2, have 16)
- Onion (need 1, have 2)
- Cucumber (need 1, have none)
- Black Pepper (need some, have some)
- Cayenne Pepper (need some, have some)
- Cinnamon (need some, have some)
- Cloves (ground) (need some, have some)
- Coriander (Ground) (need some, have some)

Recipe:
Requires 1.5 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Feel free to substitute half-and-half [including fat-free] for heavy cream and/or fresh squeezed lemons for lemon juice. Cucumber and lemon juice are for the side dish / garnish, and are not important to the meal itself. Rice should be basmati or other long grain, if available. Consider doubling Garam Masala spices, and adding more cayenne.
