Requires 1.5 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
Feel free to substitute half-and-half [including fat-free] for heavy cream and/or fresh squeezed lemons for lemon juice.
Cucumber and lemon juice are for the side dish / garnish, and are not important to the meal itself.
Rice should be basmati or other long grain, if available.
Consider doubling Garam Masala spices, and adding more cayenne.
