Spicy Fried Pork Rub (Dinners)

Meat

Pork Chops (need some, have none)

Spices

Black Pepper (need some, have some)
Chili Powder (need some, have some)
Cumin (need some, have some)
Salt (need some, have some)

Recipe:

Mix together in a small bowl 1/2 tsp. of each:
* Salt
* Pepper
* Cumin
* Chili Powder

1. Dry the pork chops with paper towels.
2. Rub the spice mixture into the pork chops
3. Fry in a cast iron pan in 1/8" of peanut oil, until 145°F
