Chicken Parmesan (Dinners)
Dairy- Cheese (Mozzarella) (need some, have some)
- Cheese (Parmesan) (need some, have some)
- Peas (need some, have some)
- Chicken Breast (need some, have 5)
- Pasta (need some, have some)
- Tomato Sauce (Prepared) (need some, have none)
Recipe:
1. Clean and thoroughly dry chicken cutlets 2. Spray a small amount of oil on the chicken 3. Coat the chicken with a thick, even layer of Italian seasoned breadcrumbs 4. Cook some pasta 5. Preheat a cast iron skillet to high (400*F+) 6. Cook some frozen peas 7. Cook the chicken on the skillet for several minutes, long enough to thoroughly brown one side 8. Flip the chicken and sprinkle a thick layer of shredded mozzarella on top 9. Allow the chicken to brown on the other side, letting the mozzarella mostly melt, 1-2 minutes 10. Flip the chicken again, letting the mozzarella fry (30-60 seconds) 11. Strain pasta and return to heat, adding sauce and peas 12. Plate pasta, topping with chicken, more sauce, and a hearty helping of grated or shaved parmesan cheese
